Deep blue sapphires meet cool white platinum in a beautifully structured geometric design, capturing the elegance and architectural character of the Art Deco style.

This exquisite ring is crafted in Pt950 platinum and centred with a natural sapphire measuring approximately 6 × 5mm. Its strong geometric cut displays a rich, vivid blue, beautifully contrasted against the cool tone and intricate detailing of the platinum setting.

Rather than a conventional halo design, the central sapphire flows into slender geometric channels extending along each shoulder. Each side is set with eight small square-cut natural sapphires, with a further three small sapphires accenting the side of the setting. Natural diamonds, finely worked platinum and deep blue sapphire lines create a beautifully balanced composition with exceptional detail from every angle.

Delicate milgrain borders define the gemstones and decorative elements, while intricate openwork and engraved motifs continue across the shoulders and sides of the ring. Viewed in profile, the elevated centre stone, fine sapphire-set lines and pierced platinum structure create an almost architectural quality — a distinctive expression of Art Deco-inspired design while remaining elegant and refined.

The inner band bears the original markings “JoAo”, “PLAT” and “S0.69 / 0.17 / 0.5”. The S0.69 marking denotes the sapphire weight.
