DESCRIPTION 

 A refined and highly collectible Art Deco pearl necklace, dating to the circa 1930s, featuring natural wild saltwater pearls and an exquisite platinum clasp set with ruby and antique-cut diamonds.

The necklace is composed of natural wild saltwater pearls, displaying a soft, luminous glow and a near-round shape. The pearls are beautifully graduated in size, creating an elegant flow that sits gracefully on the neckline — a hallmark of fine early 20th-century craftsmanship.

The clasp is crafted in platinum (professionally tested) and designed in a classic Art Deco style. At its centre is a vivid natural ruby cabochon, richly coloured and full of inner glow, framed by antique old mine–cut diamonds that add gentle sparkle and depth.

The four rectangular accent rubies set at the corners are synthetic rubies, a historically accurate and commonly used material in Art Deco jewellery, enhancing the geometric symmetry of the design.
