An extraordinary piece from the Art Deco era, circa 1920s, crafted in solid 20ct yellow gold with "WH 20" hallmark, attributed to the prestigious Chinese export jeweler WANG HING (Grand and prosperous). This antique bracelet features nine round Burmese jadeite discs, each intricately inscribed with the Chinese character Ji (Auspicious), with a beautifully detailed clasp inscribed with "Fu” (Blessing).

The jadeite is a vibrant translucent green, delicately set in an ornate pierced gold setting with floral motifs. A perfect representation of traditional Chinese aesthetics fused with Art Deco elegance. Tested for authenticity and quality.

WANG HING was one of the most important Chinese export silversmiths and jewelers of the late Qing and early Republican periods. Founded in 1854 by the Lo family after Hong Kong became a British colony, the firm quickly rose to prominence for its exceptional craftsmanship and cross-cultural appeal. By the 1920s, WANG HING operated flagship stores in both Hong Kong and Shanghai, and was beloved by Western clients for blending Chinese motifs with luxury craftsmanship. Operations ceased in 1941 due to the Japanese invasion.
