At its centre is a 0.50ct oval natural ruby, displaying a vivid raspberry hue with changing shades across its facets. The accompanying GENÉVE GEMSLAB (GGL) certificate states Burmese origin and heat treatment for the ruby.

A surrounding border of natural calibré-cut rubies follows the contours of the setting, with individually shaped stones fitted closely together. Natural diamonds frame the cut-corner rectangular face, while delicate milgrain edging defines each layer of the design.

The slender shoulders are each set with four small natural diamonds in a single row, leading into a polished platinum band. Scroll openwork beneath the setting adds detail to the side profile, and the open back reveals the gemstones and their settings.
