An exquisite antique pendant-brooch from the Edwardian era, circa 1910, showcasing the refined craftsmanship and elegance of early 20th-century jewellery. This versatile piece can be worn as both a pendant and a brooch, offering timeless charm and sophistication.
The intricate openwork design features flowing ribbon motifs and a central heart form, all meticulously set with a total of 43 natural diamonds, bright and sparkling in every light. The diamonds weigh approximately 1.04 carats in total, adding an impressive brilliance to the piece.
