Art Deco Platinum Diamond Double Clips Brooch | c.1930s | Approx. 5.5ct Diamonds | Convertible Design | WGI Certified
£4,950.00
DESCRIPTION
A magnificent Art Deco platinum diamond double clips brooch (c.1930s), showcasing the strong geometry, refined symmetry, and architectural elegance that define high Deco jewellery. Crafted in platinum (tested), the design features a sweeping arrangement of brilliant-cut diamonds and baguette accents, creating a striking interplay of light and structure.
This brooch is designed as a double clips convertible jewel: the central bar section can be removed, allowing the two sculptural outer panels to be worn independently as clips. Such transformable designs were hallmarks of luxury Art Deco houses in the 1930s, offering versatility while maintaining exceptional glamour.
Set with 60 natural diamonds weighing approximately 5.5 carats in total, graded H–I colour and VS2–SI1 clarity, the piece sparkles brilliantly from every angle. The craftsmanship is exquisite, with crisp lines, refined settings, and a beautifully engineered convertible mechanism.
This jewel is accompanied by a WGI professional laboratory certificate (Report No. WGI9634156424, dated 30 October 2024), confirming all details and ensuring full confidence.
