A rare Victorian masterpiece pendant (c.19th century) crafted in solid 18ct gold and set with an exceptional combination of natural gemstones. At its heart lies a striking natural banded agate of fine color and pattern, complemented by an original cabochon garnet in the connecting loop. Four vivid Burmese rubies and four matching turquoise stones surround the design with vibrant contrast.
Accented with two antique old mine-cut diamonds of remarkable brilliance, and a lustrous natural wild pearl, this pendant captures the artistry of the Victorian era. The piece also features fine enamel work, with only minor enamel loss to the reverse. Still accompanied by its original antique box, this pendant remains a true collectible treasure.
